How do I find out about events, calls, and training? 
In the Back Office, on the right hand navigation, there are several helpful sections.  Vemma posts Field Hosted Events and archives various Calls/Audio.  For training information, click on “Training Videos” or Vemma University.  For helpful PDFs, images and forms select Downloads.

What can my Back Office do for me?
The Back Office is where you can get up-to-date news happening within the company.  You can download tools to read, use, and distribute.  You can learn about Member Recognition, new product launches, company announcements and much more.  You will find helpful information about your business and personal account.  Information regarding your Autoship, bonus history, order history, and your direct deposit are just a click away.  Also, select “Manage Website” to manage your MyVemma.com and MyVerve.com sites.

Where can I get flyers/CDs?
Business building materials are available for purchase at www.vemmatools.com, www.vervegear.com, or www.vemmapowerstuff.com.

What if I do not want to be a business builder, I just want the product?
We're glad to hear that you value your good health!  You may sign up for Vemma as a Customer and simply order product whenever you need.  We do encourage you to sign-up for our convenient Autoship program so that you never run out of Vemma Products!  Please contact us for further assistance. 

How do Customers upgrade to become Members?
It's great to hear that Customers are interested in the Vemma opportunity.  Please contact us for further assistance. 

How do I view my downline/genealogy?
Log into your Back Office and select the link in the top menu that reads "Genealogy".

Why isn't a specific person showing as a Personally Enrolled qualifier in my genealogy?
All Personally Enrolled Qualifiers must be active.  If they are not active, they will not be shown as a Personally Enrolled Qualifier for you.
