How can I tell if I am qualified to earn bonuses?
In your Back Office, visit the “Cycle Tracker” section.  The bonuses you are eligible to earn will be displayed in green text.  Those you are not eligible to earn will display in red text.  To view an explanation of the bonus, select the name (Ex. Fast Start Bonus).  Select the bonus amount to view details about whom in your downline you earned on.

How do I get a check?
Please review the Vemma Compensation Plan page on your MyVemma.com site or in the Back Office.  Also, check with your Enroller for additional help. 

How do I place people in my tree and what is the best placement strategy?
Please contact your Enroller for advice on placement.  If you do not know who your Enroller is, view the information under the “My Account” section located in your Back Office for their contact information.  Also, read about “Placement Strategy” on the “My Account” page.  Please understand Vemma cannot provide business advice.

What do I need to do to be eligible to earn all bonuses?
To be eligible to earn all bonuses, except the Team Bonus and Rank Advancement Bonus, you need to have an Autoship order for 120 QV and have six Personally Enrolled Members who have a minimum 60 QV active Autoship each.  At least one of these six Personally Enrolled Active Members must be on the right side and one must be on the left.  The other four may be placed in either leg.

To earn the Team Bonus, you must be active with 120 QV and qualified (four personally enrolled active Members or Customers, one in each leg and two in either leg).  In addition, you must cycle at least once in a four-week rank advancement period. 

To earn the Rank Advancement Bonus for ranks Silver through Star Executive, you must be paid at a new rank for two consecutive four-week rank advancement periods. To earn the Rank Advancement Bonus for ranks Presidential and higher, you must be paid at a new rank for six consecutive four-week rank advancement periods and you must maintain a minimum of one member “paid as” Star Platinum in their personally enrolled downline on each side of your business.

What does being on the left and right mean? 
This identifies the side on which you are in the Vemma organization in respect to your Sponsor.

Where do I go to find out when the rank advancement period begins and ends?
This information can be found in the “Cycle Calendar” section of the Back Office.

Can I change Sponsor and Enroller on an existing Vemma Member/Customer?
You may not change the Sponsor on an existing Vemma Member.  The original Enroller of a person may request an Enroller change within five days of the sign up date by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Vemma will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis.
