When will my Autoship process?
Initially, your Autoship processing date will be on or near the date that you signed up.  If you signed up on the 31st, your processing date will be the 30th of each month.  Log into your Back Office and select the "Autoship" link to verify your processing date.  Processing dates may be changed.  For further assistance, please contact us.

My card declined or there was a problem with my credit card, how can I place an order to make sure I am active?
Log into your Back Office and select “My Account”.  Next, choose the link to the right that reads "Place Personal Order" and proceed to the next steps.  This process, accompanied by an Autoship containing the appropriate QV based upon your rank, will place an order to ensure you are active. 

Can I place my Autoship on hold?
If you wish to be qualified to earn bonuses, you may not place your Autoship order on hold.  To cancel your Autoship, contact Member Services.  You may reinstate your Autoship at any time by creating a new Autoship in your Back Office.  Please note that canceling your Autoship will inactivate your account and you will not be eligible to earn bonuses.

Will this new Autoship date be my new processing date?
Yes, this date becomes your new process date.
