Can I participate in consecutive challenges?You may enter the Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge as many times as you wish. Yes, you can participate in consecutive challenges. What happens if I start my Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge when an official challenge time period is not officially running or when a challenge is already underway?No problem, you may start your Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge at any time! Your 12-Week challenge period starts from the day you begin your challenge. Just be sure to show us your new body by an official challenge period's submission deadline. For submission deadlines, see the Official Rules. Do I have to use Vemma Bod•ē products to be eligible for the Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge?Yes, we require a minimum Auto-delivery of 60 QV or higher that contains at least one Vemma Bod•ē product. We designed the Vemma Bod•ē product line to be used in conjunction with the Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Plan for the best results. What body composition measurements does the Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge require and how do I take the measurements?The Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge requires before and after body composition measurements of hips, waist and thigh. Can I finish my Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge earlier than the allotted 12 weeks?Yes! If you are satisfied with your results in less time than the allotted 12 weeks, then you may submit your results before your 12-week period ends. Please refer to the Official Rules for submission procedure. Can my family and friends participate in the Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge?Yes! We encourage you to reach out to your family and friends to join the challenge as a Vemma Brand Partner. Can I submit my before and after challenge information at the same time?Yes! Even if you didn't submit your before information and photos at the start of your challenge, and have since completed your 12-week challenge, then you may submit your before and after information and photos at the same time. How will Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge winners be decided?Grand Prize winners and runner-up winners in the male and female categories for each challenge period is determined by Vemma Corporate. Judging is subjectively based upon a culmination of the submitted before and after measurements and weight, plus before and after photos. Vemma Facebook® Fan Favorite winners will be determined by Vemma's Facebook fans through a bracket system until one male and one female remain. These two finalists are the Vemma Facebook Fan Favorite winners. When will Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge winners be announced?Winners are announced after each official Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge period ends and before the next official challenge period begins. How many times can I win the Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge?Each person can only win one Grand Prize per calendar year. You can win runner-up prizes and Vemma Facebook Favorite prizes as many times as you are chosen. When will the Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge cruise take place? Where will the cruise take place?Winners must take the cruise within one year of receiving the Grand Prize winner notification. Can I take someone on the Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge cruise with me?Yes! Each Grand Prize winner may bring one (1) guest on the cruise. When will the makeover retreat and photo shoot in Scottsdale, Arizona take place?We are currently working with our vendors to coordinate the details. Please check back for updates. Can I take someone on the Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge makeover retreat and photo shoot with me?Yes! Each Grand Prize and runner-up winner may bring one (1) guest. Guests may not receive all of the same prize privileges as the Grand Prize and runner – up winners. Is there an option to take the cash equivalent instead of receiving the actual Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge prizes?We chose prizes that are intended to be exciting and rewarding, as well as provide recognition for the weight loss challenge winners. Prizes may not be redeemed for a cash equivalent amount. PHOTO QUESTIONS FOR THE VEMMA BOD•E 12-WEEK TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGEWhat are some tips for taking good before and after photos?We recommend you ask someone to take photos of you in a natural light, standing upright with your arms at your side in front of a blank wall. Wear clothing that accurately shows your body shape and try to wear similar clothing in your before and after photos. For the best overall view of your transformation, take before and after photos that show your full body, from head to toe. A before and after profile (side) photo and a before and after photo from the front must be submitted to be eligible for challenge prizes. View tips on taking "before" and "after" photos Why do I have to submit before and after photos?In order to be eligible for the Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge prizes, you must submit before and after photos along with your before and after measurements. Before and after photos show your transformation and assists with the judging process How recent do my before photos have to be?Your before photos should be an accurate depiction of your appearance at the time you register for your Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge. Any photos more than a year old should not be used. We recommend taking new photos at the time you register for your challenge. When should I take my after photos?Your after photos should be taken when you are satisfied with your results and have completed your Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Challenge.
